The Peaks Island House would love to host your special event. We specialize in small informal events. We can offer you a private oceanfront venue with a beautiful gazebo. Our covered deck and inside dining room can accommodate 80 guests for dinner or buffet. Our oceanfront lawn area can accommodate informal groups up to 120. Our Inn can accommodate your wedding party or out of town guests. Our Chef would be happy to prepare one of our specially designed event menus or design a meal just for you.

We can arrange for chairs, flowers, or a trellis arch.

Additional Details

Custom designed menus are available in consultation with our Executive Chef. Many menu alternatives are available to satisfy a wide variety of tastes.

The Peaks Island House requires that a contracted minimum number of guests be served. A final guaranteed guest count must be submitted 14 days prior to the event. This number is not subject to reduction. The Peaks Island House can accommodate a maximum of 120 Guests for a lawn event and a maximum of 80 Guests for a Deck event. Tent rental, setup, and removal can be arranged. Children under the age of five will receive a complimentary meal with a maximum of five children.

Removal of food or beverages from the facility is not permitted. All food with the exception of wedding cakes, must be provided by The Peaks Island House.

Beverage Service includes name brand Liquors, Domestic and Imported bottled and Draft Beers, soft drinks, bottled water, and a selection of fine wines. Tableside wine service is available for $20.00 per bottle.

The Peaks Island House requires a minimum of $6000.00 in Catering to reserve a Saturday in Season.

Decorations must be in compliance with safety codes and approved by The Peaks Island House.

Our Oceanfront Gazebo may be rented for a $500.00 fee.

Pricing is subject to change and does not include a 20% service charge added to all food, beverage, and services. A 7% State Tax will be added to all food and beverage. The 20% service charge is subject to a 7% State Tax.

$1000.00 nonrefundable deposit reserves the date. 50% of the balance is due 90 days prior to the event. The final estimated balance is due 14 days prior to the event. Final balance is due the day of the event and must be guaranteed with a credit card. All events are subject to a $ 350.00 setup and & cleanup fee. Deposits are nonrefundable, but will be applied towards the balance due if rescheduled in the same season.
